A menstrual cycle is counted from the first day of your period to the day before the next period begins. The menstrual cycle is about 25 to 38 days long, although the length varies from one person to another. Some have a shorter cycle while others have a longer cycle. The length may also vary for the same person depending on her physical condition, so you don't have to worry if your cycle changes a little. Keeping a record of the first day of each period will help you figure out your menstrual cycle.

To get an idea about my own menstrual cycle, I'll definitely keep a record of it, no problem! It may be a good idea to write some notes about my physical condition in addition to my cycle. Once I get used to it, I think I'll add some cute decorations to my notebook to make it more fun.
